The PFM Payment Solutions (P-Card) Program is a cost-free payments mechanism, which reduces the typical
requisition process and related costs associated with purchasing materials and services. Districts can earn an annual
rebate through the use the PFM Payment Solutions card which can be used with any vendor accepting credit cards.
The program allows for significant local controls and the district authorizes all users. Itemized monthly statements and
online account access allow the district to provide proper oversight. The program also includes both fraud and misuse
protection.
